Who we are and what we do are one in the same. There are a lot of companies out there that claim to provide quality. They claim that customer satisfaction means everything to them. And that may be true even and especially when it comes to the bottom line. But at Exodus, people are the single most important thing in our business. And that applies all around, to our employees, our clients and our community. We put our money, time, effort and heart into the things that matter most to us. And that is what makes us better than any other Colorado Moving Company. The Exodus difference is people.
We Choose People
Exodus is a Choose People company. This means that we pass the test and come out on top as a great place to work. We work hard, we play hard and we value family and balance. Unlike many others in our industry, we have real employees doing all our moves providing unequalled accountability in our market sector. We provide consistent schedules, family friendly offices and competitive salaries making our employee turnover rate lower than any other Denver moving company. We firmly believe that happy employees are better workers, parents and citizens at large. For this reason, the Exodus difference starts with our people.
People Choose Us
We are constantly in a state of collecting feedback from our customers. Moving is one of the most stressful times in anyone’s life. We strive and work hard to go the extra mile to make it easier, less hectic and to create a sort of calm in the storm for our clients. Thanks to this commitment to service, our track record is pristine. Our client surveys come back consistently with glowing recommendations and most of our clients go on to recommend our moving services to family and friends.
Whether it is pianos that need moving for art projects (Pianos About Town) underprivileged teens that need dresses for Prom (The Fairy Godmother Project) a race that needs run to donate supplies to school kids (The Denver Metro Mile benefiting Donors Choose) or our own in house tree planting for every move we complete (in cooperation with Trees, Water & People), we are committed to being involved in the neighborhood around us. We love Colorado, we love our country and we love our world. At Exodus, we show value to our community by not only showing up when they need us most but by finding creative ways to be involved, everyday.

At Exodus Moving and Storage, we consider it our civic duty to contribute positively to our community. We are happy to promote a long list of worthwhile organizations and charities in our area that we feel are doing good things. It’s a unique and wonderful opportunity that is brought about by success. And as the premier locally owned Colorado Moving and Storage company serving the greater Denver Metro and beyond, we are excited to give something back.
With great power comes great responsibility. Because of our hard work and the success that we have achieved as a result, we are constantly searching for new ways to help out and new people to team up with to make our world a better place. This year, we are proud to team up with the Glendale Chamber of Commerce to promote a mile long race and fundraising event being held on July 18th called the Denver Metro Mile.
The Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce
The main focus of the GGCC is “Building a Greater Glendale”. Often referred to as a “village” as a result of its small town feel, the city of Glendale is a thriving location to live and work. The chamber acts as a business development bridge between the community and the government within Glendale’s borders. Facilitating community events as well as promoting its membership to enhance growth is a constant priority for the chamber. A lively, high energy group of individuals, the membership is made up of enthusiastic movers and shakers who are committed to neighborhood development. This year, they are happy to host the 5th annual Metro Mile at Infinity Park in Glendale Colorado.
Who Does the Metro Mile Benefit?
This year’s Metro Mile will benefit Donors Choose, Lowes Good Neighbor Policy and the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign. Donors Choose is an organization designed to assist teachers and students directly with their needs inside the classroom. Donors can search through wish lists of things required and donate in any denomination to any project of their choice. http://www.donorschoose.org/
Lowes Good Neighbor Policy was created by the chairman of Lowes Hotels in 1990. In addition to donating excess from the hotel to community organizations in need, they also promote various local and national events to promote awareness and raise funds for good causes. http://www.loewshotels.com/en/aboutus/goodneighbor
The YMCA Strong Kids Campaign provides scholarship services for children from disadvantaged families who are in need of the camps, classes and other recreational activities offered by the YMCA but could otherwise not attend as a result of financial hardship. http://www.ymcastrongkids.org/

Health and wellbeing go hand in hand with happiness and ultimately success. At Exodus Moving and Storage, we understand that our business is about people. Facilitating opportunities for both active living and philanthropy brings an energy and vibrancy to our neighborhoods that cannot be denied. We are committed to giving our full support to causes and events that improve the social climates in which we live and work. In our endless quest to improve the quality of life in our communities, Exodus Moving and Storage is proud to team up with Larry Harte and the Glendale Chamber to bring the 5th annual Metro Mile to Denver.
What Is The Metro Mile?
The concept behind the Metro Mile has been simple since its inception: A mile long race created to bring the community together and raise money for charity. Neighborhood businesses come together to promote health and community involvement and runners get to test their speed. At 6:45 am the race begins on July 18th 2011. Each runner will be given a timing tag that electronically scores the race as well as a t-shirt and race bag filled by sponsors to commemorate their involvement. All participants are encouraged to setup their own fundraising page, invite people to attend and participate as well as to donate to the charities being benefited. After the race, the day is filled with live music and excellent food in addition to a free movie night and family activities designed to celebrate the summer and foster a sense of small town togetherness.
