My husband and I wanted to downsize so we bought a townhome close to... our existing home in Loveland in September. Our realtor suggested Exodus moving co. I called numerous times, talked with everyone from manager/owner to office staff to schedulers. Due to life getting in the way we had to cancel our moving date 4 times!!! I kept expecting them to write me off but they didn’t. One of the office staff even dropped off some boxes at our house after her shift was over! Carlos made sure we were ready for the movers and called me the day before the actual move. On moving day Richard and 3 other gentlemen called when on their way over, they were prompt, friendly, asked questions, didn’t mind my husband and I getting in their way, they always had a friendly cheerful attitude. After 3 hours of carefully loading and unloading our furniture they were done and requested we inspect everything before they left. I couldn’t recommend the company more highly.read morelori R.

We had awesome crews both days of our move. They were all very... professional and courteous. They took the greatest of care with our belongings and actually sorted things at the new house based on my labeling. They did their best to protect surfaces in the home as well. Every crew member hustled and worked hard the whole time they were with us except their brakes. Many of the crew had been with Exodus for several years. Moving is hard work so Exodus must be treating their folks well. There was a positive attitude with all of the crew all day both days. Great experience. Our son Lewis and our daughter-in-law Britni were moving from Polson,... Montana, to Laramie, Wyoming. I stayed at the house in Polson awaiting the movers. On September 20, 2023, the Exodus movers arrived and loaded the house. All were very good workers. I have to recognize the semi driver, Felix, as being totally amazing. He went above and beyond what he was expected to do. He managed the crew that came up from Butte, Montana, like a real professional. Felix kept in contact with our son and then with me days prior to arriving. He gave us multiple updates for the day and time of arrival. He was so motivated that he called me the day before and asked if he could arrive before 7am, which he did. Felix and his crew finished by a little after 4pm that first and only day. Felix was very professional, very personable and so knowledgeable. We would definitely use Exodus again and ask for Felix in any future moves.On the morning of September 25, 2023, my wife, our Daughter-in-law, and I met the Exodus truck at the self-storage facility in Laramie, Wyoming. We had reserved three storage units. But with the expertise of the 5-man crew, we only ended up needing two. The driver was Paco, and his crew members were:Dillon, Jimmy, Vicente, Richard.These guys are nothing short of awesome!! They really know how to utilize the space provided. My son and Daughter-in-law saved the cost of one storage unit thanks to these workers. Paco came right up to me when we arrived and introduced himself and his crew members. This review is long overdue as we’ve had quite the year moving out of... state and settling in but Exodus Moving Company was a terrific partner to handle our move and we would be remiss to not thank them.Exodus came highly recommended at a point when we were almost ready to give up and try to do it ourselves. The summer/fall of 2022 was still a very busy and crazy time for movers and everyone we interviewed, prior to Exodus, seemed to be taking full advantage of the market conditions. The ability to work with us and our needs, to coordinate our out of state move, was seemingly either impossible or would cost a small fortune, until we called Exodus.From the first call through the quoting process we experienced friendly professionalism and responsiveness and were greatly impressed when they matched that with a fair quote (not necessarily cheap, but fair). This was only a precursor of what we would actually experience from their crews. The team that showed up to load our 3/3 home, full of delicate pieces and mid-century furniture, was beyond impressive. They made short work of the final packing and loading, having arrived with a large, experienced crew to completely and carefully load out a solid 2/3 of their high-cube truck with our belongings. Watching them work was pure enjoyment, there is something truly special seeing talented, hard working people move large, heavy and delicate loads quickly and efficiently AND finish in less than 6 hours!Several days and three states later we witnessed the same process in reverse, AND they were able to juggle our delivery to accommodate our family transit time (as there was a necessary extra long and unusual, even for our interstate move, gap between pickup and delivery). The best part is that all was delivered without issue or damage and they made our move very smooth.We had such an exceptional experience with Exodus Moving Company that I am only sorry I waited so long to write this as I cannot remember the names of all the great people that worked with us. They were careful wrapping items, padding those that needed pads. they had a wonderful, personable way in dealing with me and family helping me. We chose Exodus because they were recommended to us by our realtor... and because we liked the service they provide of moving processions out of our old house and into a semi trailer and storing them in the same trailer, at their yard, until our new house was move-in ready. We needed a grand piano moved to a remote mountain studio. We tried... one mover and he didn't think he could do it. We contacted about 6 more. Exodus was the first to reply. We requested that someone come out ahead to time to be sure it was doable. Jason came out and said "no problem". Wow, he gave us all kinds of confidence. We met the crew in Fort Collins where the piano was and watched them disassemble it and pack it up. Then they followed us up to the mountain studio. During the entire process, the team was led by Michael, who is a polite, positive, crew leader with will power, innovative thinking and a great work ethic. Although a tough assignment, there was never a moment of doubt with these guys. The whole team worked so well together. I'd recommend this company for the crew alone. However, I do have to mention several equipment-related and other negative factors: the lift on the truck was hinky and didn't work so a bit of time was spent playing with that to get it to work and we were paying by the hour. One of the team members left the pin to the grand piano hinge at the seller's home and didn't realize it until we were about 20 minutes on the way to our place so the caravan had to wait while the small car drove back to get it. That took over 1/2 hour and when it came time to pay, we were charged for that time so I told the billing manager that would have to be removed which he did but I should not have had to tell him to do so. We felt if they were better equipped with more ramps of various sizes they would not have had to work so hard nor tear up the sod near the studio getting the truck right up to the porch steps. Also if they would have had better quilts or pads, the piano would not have arrived with mars. There are several marks under where the straps were tightened so much that they marred the finish of the piano.read moreMindy R.

They did a good job and offered a fair, transparent price, but one... worker complained a lot, saying things like, "I'm ready to go home now," two hours into it.
