Being a non-college student, we can assume that you are not going to be inclined to join any frat parties, nor are we going to find you day drinking in the middle of a cul-de-sac. In all honesty you don’t see this very often anyways no matter where you live in the city, but still. We can assume that you want a quieter and more relaxed setting. CSU is located in the central northern section of Fort Collins. This means that within about a 1 to 2 mile radius of the campus, you can find the majority of the students who attend.

 

You have a couple of choices if you want to go somewhere much quieter. You can go to the southern end of Fort Collins, which is mainly larger houses tucked away between small little estates that have been there for ages. You can go to the far east side of Fort Collins closer to the highway. Here you will find a lot of condominiums that are quite beautiful and great for 1 to 2 people who are just getting started. This is an extremely important thing to have an understanding of, especially when considering what type of life that you would like to live here. So before you make a decision on where you want to move to, do a little bit of research and see how close it is to the college campus. Then you can make an informed decision from there.
