We believe independent movers are more accountable to their customers and so we pride ourselves in remaining independently owned and not becoming an agent of a large, anonymous van line. For us, it’s not about the numbers of moves we make; it’s about the number of customers we make happy. Staying independent, we can control the quality of our corporate relocation services including the important details of your employee’s move. For example, on national moves we can often guarantee pick-up and delivery dates instead of a “window” of time that may leave your employee and their family in ‘moving limbo’.
Accountability in Moving.
Our drivers are on our payroll. So, the same person who packs and loads your employee’s belongings will likely be the one who drives their belongings to their final destination. And this person will be an Exodus Moving & Storage employee, through and through. This includes having passed employee screening tests and having undergone our comprehensive training.
Competitive and Accurate Estimates.
The cost of employee relocation is determined by the weight of their belongings and how far your employee is traveling. At no charge to you, one of our experienced and courteous Move Coordinators will review their move in great detail and provide you with an accurate move quote. Our Move Coordinator will also confirm requested pick-up and delivery dates.
Valuing Feedback.
After every move Exodus Moving & Storage completes, we will request your input about your moving experience with us. Continuous improvement is the hallmark of our success as a company and we are always anxious to get your feedback on how well we did our moving job.
