Colorado Movers Help Community
Dear Jake, Elan, Teresa, and the entire Exodus staff,
We wanted to take a minute to say thank you for allowing us to use the space in your warehouse, and for all you have done in assisting us with moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and your help serving the survivors and families of the High Park fire.
During these difficult times that the survivors have experienced, you all have shown incredible generosity towards this community. You have been so extremely helpful with making sure our needs were met, while also attending to your own daily work. Our ultimate goal is to serve these families, and we cannot have done any of it without you. You have gone above and beyond working with us; whether we had questions or just needed an extra hand.
One of the highlights in working with Exodus has been interactions we had with employees. Whether they knew about the cause or not, they all rallied around us and often times put their own responsibilities on hold when they would show us how to use the pallet jack or wrap the boxes in plastic wrap so we could move them easier. These are the kinds of selfless acts that build communities, and we are glad to have partnered with Exodus throughout this time.
Thanks again for your help, we look forward to a continued relationship as the healing of our community progresses.
Sincerely,
Patrick Kind (High Park Fire Liaison) & Julia Edelstein (Mountain Outreach Team)
