This was the smoothest moving experience we have ever had. Everyone... was very professional and friendly from the time Elon met with us for an estimate until the last box was moved. Exodus came highly recommended and was also the lowest estimate we received. Benji and his team, Jesus and Alex , were cheerful and quick inspite of having to move us during a snow storm. Frank, team leader, contacted me the day prior to in the morning of... the move with planning updates, so that I knew exactly when to expect the team. When they arrived, Frank, Paco, Julian, Jesus, Vincente and Izzy laid out floor protectors throughout my home, and then immediately started quickly and efficiently bringing my items in. When box markings were not clear, they asked where items went, and re-position a few things to my liking. Frank’s team was polite and professional. We were very impressed with all the teams that helped us with our... move.John did our original estimate, which was pretty much dead on.Frank & crew did the first load, which we stored for a month or so.Mike Sr. & crew (including three generations of Mikes!) did the second load once we'd sold our house and were ready to complete the move, including helping us load a separate truck with stuff we needed while we were waiting for the big truck to arrive.Mike & Elisha Martinez (husband and wife truckers / movers) drove our belongings safely to our new house (finishing up on some narrow, winding back-country roads to get to the house), then spent a 10-hour day working with the rest of the crew (who drove two hours to help unload).Mike M. turns out to be a genius at storing big stuff in small spaces, he managed to get an incredible amount of our belongings into a two car garage and one other small room while we figure out what to do with it.We couldn't be more pleased with the entire Exodus experience, and we recommend them all very highly!read more

Best movers ever! Just had our house packed and loaded by the best... crew! Mac, Isaiah & Vicente were great to work with. They arrived on-time, were friendly and professional and worked hard to get our entire house packed and loaded on the moving truck in time for us to leave when scheduled. They were very careful with our furniture and belongings and did an amazing job of moving everything without a single scratch or bump in the house. I have used exodus for two local moves. They have always been... amazing. Efficient, professional, kind, reasonable price. For all my belongings in two separate moves (loading, storing, unloading) only one item got the corner edge dented a bit into the edge of the wood (accidents happen and this was minor and super rare for them in my experience). Filing a claim was super easy. They were very responsive. The best furniture repair company in town came to look (that was who Exodus chose), and Exodus coordinated it all quickly. I didn’t have to lift a finger, the repair company came, repaired the item, and it seriously looks brand new. And Exodus and the repair company coordinated direct payment. Honestly this is how a company should be, and also how a company should stand behind their work. I will be using them again if I move again.read more

They called before arriving , informed us of their ETA, and reviewed all of our belongings before starting anything. They worked efficiently and were careful to protect all of our items. They worked together as a team and we knew we were in good hands. They unpacked our stuff carefully and placed everything exactly where we wanted it. We felt listened to, respected and they reassured us throughout the process. They worked extremely hard from start to finish. Mary Alice — the coordinator - was wonderful helping us from the beginning to set up the move and coordinating the logistics. Ilan impressed us when he came in the beginning to estimate our move. The moving team of Mike Sr., Mike Jr., Isaiah & Vincente were of the... highest quality and caliber! They were so fast and the level of care they showed for my belongings was enough to literally bring tears to my eyes. I was a nervous wreck because I had problems with previous moving companies but then I saw this amazing group of men wrap my living room furniture with care and all my fears were gone! I even felt comfortable enough that I was able to get other things done around the house. They even made sure to grab boxes during the walkthrough to increase their productivity!The office staff was very helpful and responsive as well. Set me at ease throughout the move process.My only "less than perfect" was the helper hired in my new location - who was much less careful with my things and didn't pay attention to 'fragile' stickers on the boxes. I unfortunately had 2 bowls broken when I unpacked, but with 12k+ pounds of stuff, that's not too bad.Overall extremely pleased with Exodus and highly recommended them!read more

We chose Exodus because they were recommended to us by our realtor... and because we liked the service they provide of moving processions out of our old house and into a semi trailer and storing them in the same trailer, at their yard, until our new house was move-in ready. It made perfect sense to us to just load once and unload once.Everything step of the process, from estimating costs, setting up dates, billing, and the actual move out of our old house and into the new house 2 1/2 months later went flawlessly and painlessly. All promises were kept, including costs, moving dates, etc. From our experiences, this is an absolute rarity in this day and age.We would personally like to thank and commend everyone at Exodus, from Ilan, the owner, to the customer service reps, estimators, billing, and the two moving crews led by Mike Sr and Bennie. The crews both did an excellent job of carefully loading and unloading our goods and we’re very polite and respectful. All of the behind the scenes personnel were also very polite, respectful, and efficient. I reached out to Exodus moving company based off the recommendation... of a friend. After a moving consultation, the quote that was supplied to us felt extremely fair and competitive. We decided to go with them and the over all experience with the packing and moving process went really well. Our movers and packers, Hunter and Mac, were extremely respectful, cordial, and they pack and move extremely fast. They were able to pack our house (~1300 sq ft) within 4-5 hours and took them about the same time frame to load their vehicle. I absolutely love this moving company. This is a late review as I am... once again looking for movers (this time from a different area of the country) and I wish I had Exodus nearby. I used them in 2015 for a Colorado to New York move and then again in 2016 for the return trip. My entire household (4 bed 2 bath each time w/ basement etc) was moved efficiently and with care. The first move included one of the cars in the truck. Excellent professionalism, excellent care of the homes we were moving into and out of, and no major damage and nothing lost. We needed a grand piano moved to a remote mountain studio. We tried... one mover and he didn't think he could do it. We contacted about 6 more. Exodus was the first to reply. We requested that someone come out ahead to time to be sure it was doable. Jason came out and said "no problem". Wow, he gave us all kinds of confidence. We met the crew in Fort Collins where the piano was and watched them disassemble it and pack it up. Then they followed us up to the mountain studio. During the entire process, the team was led by Michael, who is a polite, positive, crew leader with will power, innovative thinking and a great work ethic. Although a tough assignment, there was never a moment of doubt with these guys. The whole team worked so well together. I'd recommend this company for the crew alone. However, I do have to mention several equipment-related and other negative factors: the lift on the truck was hinky and didn't work so a bit of time was spent playing with that to get it to work and we were paying by the hour. One of the team members left the pin to the grand piano hinge at the seller's home and didn't realize it until we were about 20 minutes on the way to our place so the caravan had to wait while the small car drove back to get it. That took over 1/2 hour and when it came time to pay, we were charged for that time so I told the billing manager that would have to be removed which he did but I should not have had to tell him to do so. We felt if they were better equipped with more ramps of various sizes they would not have had to work so hard nor tear up the sod near the studio getting the truck right up to the porch steps. Also if they would have had better quilts or pads, the piano would not have arrived with mars. There are several marks under where the straps were tightened so much that they marred the finish of the piano.read more

Once they arrived, the movers were very efficient and knew just how... to pack the POD I had ordered. The day before, the office called, to verify the 830 am starting time, and I had planned accordingly. The next morning, about 900, the moving crew called and said they had one other job, had been double booked, and it would be a later starting time....no idea of when, but later. About 1220, they called saying they were on their way, and arrived 1245. Like I said, once they arrived, they worked hard and got the job done, but really, 4 hours late???? They did a good job and offered a fair, transparent price, but one... worker complained a lot, saying things like, "I'm ready to go home now," two hours into it. And at another point, I said something about, "Whatever pays the bills!" And he said, "And doesn't break your back, right?" while looking all glum.
